These terms and conditions govern your use of the H&O Plumbing website and the services provided by H & O Limited. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

H & O Limited provides plumbing, gasfitting, drainage and heating services to residential and commercial clients in the Hawkes Bay region of New Zealand. All work is carried out by qualified Master Plumbers in accordance with New Zealand building codes and standards.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates only and may be subject to change based on the actual scope of work required. Final pricing will be confirmed upon completion of work. GST is applicable to all services.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. H & O Limited reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

4. Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed in accordance with the Building Act 2004 and the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and equipment supplied.

5. Liability

H & O Limited's liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from our services.

6. Privacy

We collect personal information only as necessary to provide our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
